Exchanges & Warranties
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WUGS Weighted Rugs, Accessory Kits – 6 Month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following limited warranty on the weighted system built into each rug.
Coverage: WUGS Weighted Rugs are covered by a 6-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the weighted system (the integrated weighted panels) and protects against defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
- Defects in the weighted system caused by faulty materials or improper manufacturing.
- Replacement or repair of the weighted system, at WUGS’ discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, fraying, or shedding of rug fibers.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents (including but not limited to burns, cuts, stains, or pet damage).
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions, prolonged direct sunlight, or use in commercial settings.
- Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Limitations: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all claims.
- WUGS’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the weighted system only. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
- WUGS is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or injury.

WILLOWS Weighted Outdoor Pillows are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship of the pillow and its weighted system under normal outdoor residential use.

- Manufacturing defects in the pillow construction and seams.
- Defects in the weighted system (weighted inserts) due to faulty materials or improper manufacturing.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, or flattening of the pillow fill.

- Mold, mildew, or deterioration caused by improper care or storage.
